SILOPOR – has received authorization from the government to begin negotiations with the workers and their representatives, with a view to increasing their salaries in terms similar to the rest of the State Business Sector.
As a result of this authorization, the workers have decided to lift the ongoing overtime strike, as well as the total strike announced for next Monday, the 20th.
Silopor is responsible for supplying the national agro-food chain with more than 50% of its needs, this news is of extreme importance as it ensures the normalization of the supply chain to the country.
It should also be noted that, given the ships announced to unload in the near future, no disruption in the supply of cereals for both human and animal consumption is expected.
