With the entry into force on 30 July 2008 of the Public Procurement Code (PPC), DL 18/2008 of 29 January, all purchases made by public entities (public companies, municipalities, ministries, institutes, among others) will have to be carried out exclusively on electronic contracting platforms only.
In this regard, SILOPOR has adopted the electronic contracting platform vortalGOV and has established an agreement with Vortal, the company that provides this service, so that its suppliers can join the platform and be ready for this new reality from the outset.
